British actress Georgie Henley played Lucy Pevensie in the films. Henley was born in Yorkshire, England in 1995. She auditioned for the role when she was just seven years old. Apparently, director Pippa Hall knew Georgie was perfect for the role of Lucy after just one audition.

In the scene where Lucy first meets the fawn, Mr. Tumnus (James McAvoy), her reaction is completely genuine. The director wouldn’t let Georgie see McAvoy in costume up until that very moment. Oh, look at her cute little face! She’s so excited to see him!
